A : Strength - Toblerone is a good tasting chocolate, and their trademark are the triangle bar shape.
Weakness - Lack of marketing, no new product lines.
Opportunities - They should maybe look for opportunities to do more marketing. Also, a silver cardboard container would be cool for them - instead of their yellow and red, and the white and red.
Threats - It seems the candy bar industry is saturated. Lots of competitors. Seems most stake out a market, and plateau there.

Q : my dog currently ate some while my sister fell asleep, & my other sister left chocolate right where my dog can get to it.

A : well...you said it is dark and that dog is not very big.

chocolate is toxic to dogs...the darker the worse.
i'd take him to the vet asap if he starts exhibiting unusual symptoms. like STAT.

A : Oooh, I love Toblerone too! I can get those gigantic 1 foot bars at Target. I think they run about $5. Thanks for reminding me I only have one 'pyramid' left and need to remember to pick up another bar.
