A : A lot of European stores have them (I know Polish one's do for sure), you can also try your local grocery store and look in the ethnic aisle.

A : It seems that their press department are saying they're aimed at women who "favour lighter chocolate bars" and will use the 'a little bit of what you fancy' tag line
