Q : I keep reading about all the health benefits of dark chocolate, so I purchased a box of dark chocolate covered almonds at the health food store.
I eat no more than 6 a day, and space them out through my work day. They taste great... between almonds I swish water in my mouth to clean between the teeth.
But I fear that they are nothing but sugar and by adding dark chocolate covered almonds to my daily diet will do nothing but give me cavities...
